Recently, the High-tech Company organized experts to hold an acceptance meeting in Beijing for the "12th Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Program project "Digital Service Manufacturing Platform and Applications for the Shipbuilding Industry Chain."
The project addresses the development needs of China's shipbuilding industry in terms of service manufacturing transformation, supply chain collaboration, and lean management. It researched key technologies such as manufacturing service models for the shipbuilding industry chain, information standard systems, supply-demand collaboration and optimization, logistics resource allocation visualization, and lifecycle status monitoring and operation and maintenance services for main ship equipment. It developed a digital manufacturing service platform for the shipbuilding industry chain and eight common application software systems for supply-demand collaboration, digital warehouse management, cost control, and online operation and maintenance services for ship equipment.
The project results have been applied in units such as China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Material Trade Group Co., Ltd., achieving significant economic and social benefits. The industry chain cloud platform and supply-demand collaboration system developed by the project supported the operation of centralized procurement management business of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. The related application systems also promoted cost control in the construction of actual ships by assembly shipbuilding enterprises, digital operations for processing and distribution of intermediate products such as ship steel plates and ship cables by supporting enterprises, and online monitoring and operation and maintenance of key equipment for operating ships by shipowners.
