Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance of ship electrical equipment, tracking ship schedules, ensuring the quality and timeliness of maintenance projects, handling on-site emergency issues, reporting work progress, and being able to independently complete project maintenance and engineering sign-off. 2. Qualifications: 1. Major in ship electrical engineering or related fields, with an associate degree or above, 3-5 years of work experience, in good health, and no major illnesses. 2. Familiar with the ship maintenance industry, able to communicate and write in simple English, capable of independently completing equipment maintenance and sign-off, with relevant experience preferred. 3. Able to adapt to business trips, willing to endure hardships, proactive in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills, eager to learn, and strong hands-on ability. 4. Possess a driver's license and be proficient in driving vehicles. 3. Salary and Benefits: 1. Salary composition: Basic salary + Position salary + Performance salary + Seniority salary + Allowances. 2. Five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowances, high-temperature allowances, performance bonuses, housing rental allowances, communication allowances, transportation allowances, business trip allowances, professional training, flexible working hours, paid leave, and employee travel. 3.
