“The sun and moon show no mercy in their haste; the seasons press on relentlessly.” Looking back on 2025, Yiwan Marine, rooted in the fertile ground of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, deepened its focus on core businesses—ship electrical equipment maintenance and marine spare parts supply—while expanding into diversified areas like technological development. Steadfastly navigating the currents of our era, we delivered a substantial and inspiring annual report. This year, we honed our expertise in repairing core equipment like marine electrical automation systems, engine remote control systems, and monitoring/alarm systems. By building a solid service foundation through “meticulous craftsmanship,” we earned widespread acclaim from industry peers and became a trusted partner for more clients. This year, we deepened technological innovation, continuously advancing in areas like intelligent ship retrofitting and energy-saving equipment adaptation. Multiple technical service achievements have been implemented and proven effective, aligning with industry trends.
“Sailing together in the same boat, we ride the wind and waves across ten thousand miles.” This achievement would not have been possible without the strong support of our partners. Your trust has propelled us forward on our market expansion journey. Nor would it have been possible without the collective dedication of every Yiwang employee—from frontline emergency repairs at port terminals to relentless day-and-night technical breakthroughs, from sincere negotiations in business discussions to the quiet steadfastness of our support teams. Every contribution shines with the Yiwang spirit of “dedication, expertise, and continuous improvement.” As Du Fu once wrote, “The river flows freely; seated calmly, one finds joy.” With steady and pragmatic work, we anchor our course and sail steadily forward in the ever-changing market landscape.
“The tide is level, the banks are broad; the wind is fair, the sail is set.” Looking ahead to 2026, the marine equipment industry will embrace broader horizons. Green, low-carbon, and intelligent connectivity represent irreversible trends, with policy support and market demand driving dual momentum to open new blue ocean frontiers. Yiwan Marine will uphold the philosophy of “integrity as the foundation, technology as the driving force, and service as the strength,” advancing with the bold ambition of “someday we'll ride the wind and break the waves, hoist our cloud-like sails, and cross the vast sea”:
First, deepen our core business with relentless pursuit of excellence. We will continuously enhance our core technical capabilities in marine electrical equipment maintenance, expand services for new energy marine equipment, and establish benchmark-level service quality in the industry. Second, drive innovation through technological empowerment. We will increase R&D investment in intelligent marine equipment, focusing on key areas such as smart navigation and energy-saving control systems to overcome technical bottlenecks and enhance competitiveness across the industrial chain. Third, broaden our horizons for collaborative win-win outcomes. We will deepen strategic partnerships with upstream and downstream enterprises, refine our global spare parts supply network, and support the development of shipping along the Belt and Road routes. Fourth, we will practice responsibility and pursue green development.
